Each session lasts 20 minutes, during which you will be provided with protective glasses to wear. It’s a relaxing experience that promotes healing and well-being.

For optimal results, we recommend exposing as much skin as possible to the red light. You can wear comfortable clothing that allows for this exposure.

Yes, red light therapy is considered safe and non-invasive. It uses scientifically validated wavelengths of light that are beneficial for the body without any harmful side effects.

For the first two months, we recommend a minimum of three and a maximum of five sessions each week. After that, you can maintain your results with two to three sessions weekly. Please note that only one session is recommended within a 24-hour period.
